Get to Know the Founder

Joseph M. Frullaney is a West Point graduate and Owner of the Academy Realty Group. He is a New York State licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Real Estate Agent, and Certified Professional Sales Person with the National Association of Sales Professionals. Joe was born and raised in the beautiful New York Hudson Valley where he later attended college, served as a U.S. Army Officer, and retired to after his military service.

Initially breaking into the real estate industry as an investor, he brings a unique blend of financial foresight and human understanding to the client-agency relationship. Building relationships, mentoring clients, problem-solving, and accomplishing their personalized goals are the aspects of real estate that Joe enjoys most. He embodies the core values of unconditional integrity and client advocacy. Ultimately, representing clients through their real estate goals is a means to ensure his continued lifelong commitment to serving others.
